PATTERN INFORMATION
The Climbing Vines Shawl is a beautiful delicate lace shawl with a strikingly easy 1 row stitch pattern only using chains and double crochet stitches. The shawl features sections of 5 rows with added Kid Silk throughout to spice up the stitch pattern with colour and cozy factor.
The recommended yarn is the perfect option for light spring and summer accessories worn close to skin.
Required skills for this project are: Chain, double crochet (dc), shell stitch (sh), working in rows, weaving in ends, blocking.
The shawl is worked flat in rows from bottom up. The main stitch pattern is repeated over 1 row for the length of the project.
Section of 15 rows in A is alternated with 5 rows in A and B (A and B held together).
It is recommended to block the shawl at the end to achieve the final size and open up the lace stitch pattern.
